About Stuart D. Eaton
Stuart D. Eaton is an ordained Minister and the Founder and President of S.D. Eaton Ministries, Inc. | Walking in NOW Faith. This ministry focuses on supporting local Christian Churches and Ministry Leaders worldwide by “Growing and Equipping Christians as Kingdom Citizens through Sound Teaching, Spiritual Empowerment, and encouraging them to have a Christ-centered Identity.”

He has a deep passion for Christian Education and Bible literacy within the local Church. He is pursuing a Master of Religious Education degree in Christian Education and Pastoral Care and a Doctor of Ministry in Leadership from Carolina Christian College of Winston-Salem, NC, via its (MRE-DMIN) Dual Degree Program.​​
Eaton’s Christian Service experience is shaped by participating in various ministries, training opportunities, and associational work within the Baptist Church. He enjoys teaching Sunday School, Bible Study, and the privilege of pulpit ministry while serving and leading youth & young adults and men's ministries within the local church. Holding leadership offices in local church associations: President of the Congress of Christian Education Auxiliary and Board of Trustees Member allowed him to sharpen his view of the local church and its global influence.

The health, strength, and longevity of the Christian Church are at the core of his ministry. Eaton relies on other training opportunities acquired as a Church Health Focus Group member, Church Revitalization Intern, and a ‘REFOCUS’ Certified Pastoral Readiness Coach that allows him to walk alongside Lead and Senior Pastors to sharpen their skills as Wise Elders, Skilled Overseers, and Transformational Shepherds.
In his book, “Working HIS Plan…Planning OUR Work”-Monthly Messages, Weekly Journal & Prayer Devotional—he aims to assist Kingdom Citizens in shifting their paradigm of setting New Year’s Resolutions to seeking God's plan (HIS Plan) while planning ministry work for their lives.

He is also an entrepreneur and the proud owner of Soulful Designs by Eaton. Services include fashion design, custom clothing, and graphic arts, including logos and the creation of promotional materials. He also lends time and service to civic engagement within his community through many organizations.

Eaton is the son of the late Edgar Lee Duncan, Jr., Donna Eaton Smart, David A. Smart (stepfather), and big brother to DraLisa A. Smart.
